Tourism fairs are an important opportunity for Konjic to directly showcase its rich offer to potential visitors, agencies, and investors – which is why they hold a special place among our promotional activities!
From September 25 to 27, the City of Konjic and the Economic Development Agency PRVI KORAK presented the tourism brand Welcome to Konjic at the International Tourism Fair held in Skenderija, Sarajevo.
As part of promoting the city’s tourism potential, we also presented the D-0 ARK / Tito’s Bunker, a unique facility built in complete secrecy, today transformed into a museum of global importance. This impressive underground complex, once a strictly guarded military secret, is now a must-visit destination for both domestic and international tourists.
Through its permanent exhibitions, art projects, and guided tours, Tito’s Bunker contributes to preserving historical heritage and enriching the city’s cultural and tourism offer. Its significance has been recognized internationally, and the growing interest of visitors year after year confirms its role as one of the key drivers of tourism development in Konjic.
A large number of visitors at our stand showed great interest in Tito’s Bunker – many shared their positive experiences from previous visits, while others expressed a strong desire to visit soon. They often emphasized how fascinated they were by its authenticity, preservation, and the powerful story it represents.
We recorded excellent attendance and received many positive reactions, once again confirming that Konjic is taking an increasingly important place on the tourist map of Bosnia and Herzegovina!
