VISIT CONDITIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT

All visitors are required to follow established rules to help preserve the facility and ensure safety during tours

To make your visit safe, informative, and enjoyable, we kindly ask that you follow the code of conduct while visiting the bunker. ARK D-0 is not only a monument of military architecture but also a protected national landmark and museum space whose original equipment and rooms are preserved in their authentic state. By respecting the rules, you actively help preserve this remarkable site for future generations and ensure a dignified atmosphere for all visitors. Any inappropriate behavior, disruption of public order, physical or verbal violence, unauthorized photography, damage to exhibits, or ignoring safety instructions may result in removal from the Museum premises, fines, or in severe cases, criminal liability. These rules are not meant to limit your experience but to ensure that all visitors—regardless of age, background, or interests—enjoy a high-quality and safe visit to this unique heritage site.

Respect Other Visitors and Staff

The use of inappropriate, loud, offensive, or abusive language or actions toward other guests or staff members is not permitted. Any disruption of public order, including aggressive verbal or physical behavior, may result in immediate removal from the Museum.

Prohibited Substances and Weapons

Illegal drugs, firearms, lethal or dangerous weapons are not allowed

No Damage to Property

Damaging or removing museum property or artifacts is not permitted. Guests must not enter areas restricted to visitors. Posts and other barriers may not be removed. Sitting on furniture in the facility is also not allowed to help preserve it in the best possible condition

No Separating from the Group or Running

Separating from the group, running through the facility, and making noise are not allowed

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the facility

Photography

Personal photography without flash is permitted inside, but filming is not allowed. The use of tripods or oversized equipment is prohibited in the rooms. Photography for promotional or other commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent from the “PRVI KORAK” Ltd Konjic Agency. Filming and photography in front of the facility are strictly prohibited.

Food, Drinks, Smoking

Food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms or near artifacts. Water bottles with secure lids are permitted. Smoking and the use of electronic or nicotine cigarettes are prohibited throughout the entire facility.

Drone Use

The use of unmanned aerial systems (drones) is not permitted.

The ticket price for BiH residents is 20 KM, and for non-residents (foreign visitors) 40 KM. Children under 10 years old accompanied by a parent are exempt from paying admission.

Tickets for organized visits are available for school and student groups, as well as organized visits by pensioner associations, war veterans with disabilities, families of fallen soldiers, and veterans’ associations from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

When booking through partner agencies, the ticket price remains the same; however, each agency reserves the right to offer its own discounts according to its business policy.

The facility can be visited every day at 09:00, 12:00, and 15:00.

The tour lasts 90 minutes or less, depending on the group.

Tours of Tito’s Bunker are available in Bosnian and English.

All visitors must email a copy of their identification document (ID card or passport) to booking@titosbunker.ba before their visit for security checks and registration. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as the tour involves walking and stairs. The temperature inside the bunker is a constant 20 to 23 °C year-round, so no additional warm clothing is needed.
