On Friday, October 24, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM, the exhibition “Shelter” was opened in Tito’s bunker, organized by the Sarajevo Cultural Olympiad, under the auspices of the Council of Europe and UNESCO, and the Artnauts Collective from the United States.
Support for the implementation of this project was provided by the City of Konjic, and the partner was the Economic Development Agency “PRVI KORAK” Ltd. Konjic.
70 artists from all over the world exhibited their works in Tito’s bunker, some of whom were present in bunker, and the exhibition will be open for a month.
As part of the exhibition in Tito’s bunker, a round table was held, the keynote speakers of which were the founder and art director of the Sarajevo Cultural Olympics Ibrahim Spahić, the leader of the Artnauts Collective George Riviera, Pamela Beverly, who selected the exhibited works, and the dean of the Burch University for Film and Photography Emir Klepo, while Biljana Handžo welcomed the attendees on behalf of the City of Konjic.


The exhibition theme, “Shelter,” explores the notion of shelter as a place that provides temporary protection from adverse weather conditions or danger. The exhibition features works that speak to protection, sanctuary, and safety, all in the context of contemporary global challenges.
In addition to attending the D-0 ARK/Tito Bunker museum, as the venue for the roundtable, where they presented their works, the participants also had the opportunity to visit the Heritage Museum Konjic, the house of Zuko Džumhur, and the Museum of Woodcarving.
The exhibition organizers also donated books for the City Library of the National University of Konjic, while technical assistance in the realization of this event was provided by the National University of Konjic.


The event was also attended by students from Konjic High School, who, together with the artists, toured the D-0 ARK/Tito bunker facility.
